Training

Budding Resilience Therapies, a trusted NDIS provider, not only offers a wide range of therapeutic supports but also delivers professional training services designed to empower both individuals and organisations. Their training programmes are tailored to enhance understanding of disability support, mental health, and person-centred care, ensuring participants gain practical skills and confidence in their roles. By combining clinical expertise with real-world experience, Budding Resilience Therapies helps foster a more inclusive and capable community of support workers and carers, ultimately improving outcomes for people living with disability.

Presently we deliver specialised, evidence-based training programmes designed to strengthen the knowledge and practical skills of professionals working in community, child protection, and disability sectors. These sessions, such as the Understanding and Responding to Child Sexual Exploitation and Sexually Harmful Behaviours courses, equip participants to recognise early signs of exploitation, manage safety and risk, and collaborate effectively across agencies. Developed and led by Senior Forensic Clinician Kris Teece, these training programmes emphasise prevention, detection, disruption, intervention, and recovery, empowering teams to respond confidently and compassionately. Flexible in delivery, the training is available both face-to-face and online, with tailored options to meet the specific needs of organisations and individuals
